Persistent offender of harassment calls. Uncle Buck Finance LLC. They disguise their caller id using literally dozens of different numbers, all of which transfer to collections. It means you cannot easily use a call blocker to filter out these calls. But keep adding their numbers to your blocker, does help. When challenged to identify themselves, they state they are calling from UB. Ask for the full company name and corporation number, ICO number and FCA registration number for identification purposes. You have the right to this information. Despite MANY requests to stop calling, call several times a day and into the evening, 7 days a week. OUR ADVICE, Default account, new legislation is intended to starve these companies out of existence. Maximum interest and charges CANNOT EXCEED 100& of amount borrowed. Dispute the loan product. The FCA can dismiss the loan in full if you demonstrate it should not have been offered in the first place, i.e. you are already financially distressed. Starve these companies of their cash flow. Dispute account yet they bully and harass. This is a company that needs to be wound up by the courts in the public interest. If you receive more than, say 2 calls from this company, report each call as harassment to www.ico.gov.uk, the Information Commissioners Office. Report each call as causing you severe distress.
