Called stating they were from National Survey, when i started asking probing questions as to why and who they are, he couldn't answer me and just kept saying it would take 2 mins for a couple of questions.
When i become reluctant to answer any questions he became quite forceful and said if i didn't answer he would opt me out.
I agreed with this and he then hung up on me.
I'm quite pessimistic that this was a legitimate call.
