Received 3 calls over an 8 hour period on my mobile today that just gave one ring then hung up.
A Google search on the number produced the following warning as this appears to be happening to many others presently.
"I've also had this happen to me over the last few days, calls from Tunisia as well as Liberia. After looking into it, it looks like you will be charged a high rate if you return the call and the caller receives a cut of this. Don't return the call!"
The common missed call numbers in all instances have been:

They have been calling me @ mid-night for the past two days
