The service was created in 2011 in the Czech Republic. It is an online forum where the users can share their experience with phone numbers, both annoying (mostly telemarketing, surveys) and useful (e.g. couriers, offices)..

Yes..received a phone call from this number on my mobile phone. Could not answer at first, hence called the number up after an hour or so. Sure seems to be a scam. Some *** deprived woman's recorded voice plays every time you ring.
