got a call from 995-594-4088. my blocking service from Verizon could not block this number because source was unknown. paid on-line service to research. they said if from a prepaid phone, vonage or majick jack or skype it can never be traced. I called vonage and he told me I could pick any area code and any phone number I wanted and my identity would never be recorded or traced. I get 5 or 6 calls a day like this
get the FBI to stop vonage from allowing this
